Sleepy in Waray is pinipiraw or nahingangaturog. By the way, this is a more difficult job you're doing. I can only work on the Waray language, but not all the other Philippine languages. I am currently working on an online Waray (Norte Samarnon, specifically) dictionary. You may use some of the words, if you want to.
